If I could choose to be born in a different era, it would be in the 60's-70's. I am a hippie at heart, and Tie Dye has been in my closet ever since I can remember. A few years ago I started dying my own clothing to "refresh" it, and it ended up becoming a hobby that truly brings me joy. Through a lot of trial and error I've found a few types of dying that really "flow" for me, and that's what I do here at our desert flora.
I utilize professional Procion Dyes that don't bleed, transfer, or fade when properly taken care of. There are pieces I've had for 15+ years that may have some holes in them, but the dye is still as bright as ever!
While I love doing custom orders, dye kind of does whatever it wants to, especially the way that I tie dye. So when doing custom orders, I want to make sure that we're on the same page as far as what is and isn't possible. If there's a style on the site that you'd like me to replicate, I can try and get close, but it will never be a 100% match. Even 2 shirts dyed at the same time in the same batch won't look exactly the same.
