All custom wording orders are final sale.

However, your satisfaction matters to me, and I want you to be thrilled with your purchase from Desert Flora. If there is an error on our end (misspelling, wrong word, or incorrect customization that does not match your exact order notes), we will absolutely make it right with a replacement or fix.

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:

-Spelling or wording errors submitted in your order notes

-Changes of mind after the order is placed

-Preference-based issues (size of beads, wording length look, etc.)
