💸 Deposit Details
A $20 deposit is required to hold your appointment time. This deposit will be applied toward your final piercing total at checkout. The deposit is non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment. Please pay your deposit via Venmo to @AshleyDoyle23. If you do not have the ability to pay via Venmo, I also take Zelle, Apple Pay, and Cash App. Please text me at 801-742-1444 if you have any questions about the Venmo. 

📋 Waiver Information
After booking, you will need to fill out a Google Form (linked here) to complete the required Health Department Piercing Waiver. Please fill it out prior to your appointment so we can get you in and jeweled quickly!

Pricing Breakdown:

The $20 deposit covers your Tray Fee- meaning the supplies I use to pierce you with. On top of the Tray Fee I charge a flat fee for different piercings that include standard jewelry, and have upgraded jewelry available for an additional fee. These prices are broken down below.

• Lobes each ear +20 (this includes constellation, second lobes, etc. anything not in the cartilage of your ear)

Here's a Helix Appointment pricing example: $20 deposit, $25 Helix Piercing fee = $45 

***Important note: If this piercing is for a minor under 16, you will need to book directly with me, by texting 801-742-1444 (this is a text only number for the business) as this takes substantially more time and I will need to verify the minor's identity with a birth certificate.***
